Dr. Basma Majerbi is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria. Her research is on international finance, and includes issues of integration versus segmentation of financial markets, international diversification benefits in portfolio investments, international finance and the role of financial systems in economic development and growth, as well as risk in currency pricing in global equity markets and foreign exchange rates. Dr. Majerbi is also Operations Chair for the Centre for Social and Sustainable Innovation at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business.
